Stream Andrew Bird’s “Three White Horses” plus new album details

Hands of Glory is Andrew Bird‘s second LP release of 2012 (out October 30th on Mom + Pop), but this being Andrew Bird, you know there’s gotta be a twist. And there is. The album will consist of reworkings of Bird’s latest release Break It Yourself, plus covers of country standards by the Carter Family, Alpha Consumer and more. So I guess that means that “Three White Horses,” streaming below, isn’t a folksy rendition of this song. Close enough. It’ll open the album (which was recorded on one microphone with a full band playing at once), and you can check Bird’s tour dates after the song’s stream.
