So who exactly do we blame for the rise of Slipknot? George Bush? Corporations selling out to China and destroying the North American middle class? Single mothers? Impending water wars? Over-medicated teenagers? Really, if we didn't have all these things there'd be no Slipknot and all of our ears would be in a better place.
