It's not as good as American Idiot, and it might just be me, but that Rupert Murdoch thing makes it seem less genuine. The only time it seems like Green Day truly mean what they're saying is when Billie Joe Armstrong lets out a banshee-ish scream at the end of the record. Let's move on. This isn't the "masterpiece" many people say it is.
