There are only five songs on this disc, and I wish it was longer.
This is a killer collection of folkish, sometimes alt.country, sometimes indie-pop songs that are sure to lift you out of any bad mood. With the exception of the closer, of course, which references cancer, cutting off one's own legs and bleeding to death and writing a poem to cope with sadness.
But "The Indie Queens Are Waiting" and the hamantaschen I have at my desk made me quickly forget my bad mood. Can't wait for his next full-length album.
