Gibson Dark Fire Les Paul Guitar Launch

I arrived a bit late at Toronto's Gibson showroom, but was immediately greeted by a table full of cold Steam Whistle and shots of Dr. McGillicuddy's Fireball cinnamon-flavoured whiskey. I also nabbed a Dr. McGillicuddy's bottle opener. Then I discovered a very tasty cocktail made with Dr. McGillicuddy's, Skyy vodka, cranberry juice, ginger beer and Tobasco sauce. They went down surprisingly easy and I had several with CHARTattack writer Sheena Lyonnais.
I unfortunately missed the guitar demonstration and a three-song set by The Trews, as well as much of the food. But I was able to get my hands on two lamb chops, a chicken skewer and two ceramic spoonfuls of macaroni and cheese.
In addition to The Trews, Tom Barlow, Goldfinger's Darrin Pfeiffer and members of Hedley, Hello Operator, The Beautiful Unknown, Enter The Haggis and Frankie Whyte And The Dead Idols were in attendance.
