Jeffrey Lewis: "A Quick Biography Of Barack Obama"

If you were at the Los Campesinos! show in Toronto this May, you may have seen Jeffrey Lewis and his band The Jitters open the gig. Lewis included songs like "The Complete History Of Punk Rock And Its Development On The Lower East Side, 1950-1975" and part three of "The Complete History Of Communism." Both featured projections of Lewis' comics, while he sang accompanying lyrics.
Lewis has now written a musical biography of U.S. president-elect Barack Obama, which you can watch below. Note that Lewis wrote and recorded the song before Tuesday, hence the inclusion of the last line, where Lewis says he hopes Obama will become the next president.
