Whoa, Nelly!

That Nelly Furtado is a sly one. She recently revealed that she's been married for over three months — and none of us press types even knew!

Furtado told TV's Entertainment Tonight Canada program that she married sound engineer Demacio "Demo" Castellon on July 19. They apparently met while Furtado was recording Loose and got engaged in July 2007.

"It's a nice phase of my life," she told the TV program. "I just feel kind of free and relaxed and more in tune with trying not to be so stressed out."

This is coming from a woman who previously said she was too "modern" to marry!

Anyhow, perhaps Lily Allen should take some lessons on how to avoid press attention from Furtado!
