Radiohead are my favourite band, and my two favourite singer/songwriters are Neil Young and Ryan Adams. So this video of Radiohead covering Young's "Tell Me Why" on Monday at the Hollywood Bowl makes me very, very happy. Plus, when is the last time Radiohead played a cover live?
Thom Yorke and Jonny Greenwood tackle the song and as you can see, Greenwood's guitar pose doesn't change much; he's still got his trademark hair-over-the-face/half-bent-over look going that he does when rockin' out on his Fender Telecaster. According to NME, Radiohead tried to play the song on Aug. 20 in Washington D.C., but they had to stop because Yorke forgot the words.
