While listening to this one, I pretty much concluded that any kind of "death metal" no longer describes In Flames. They started moving away from their original sound (which, to be fair, was kinda melodic to begin with) a while back, but A Sense Of Purpose sounds to me like a confused combination of alternative metal and hard rock. No likey.
