ChartAttack Hack Hockey Club's 2009-10 Season Begins

The stars of the ChartAttack Hack Hockey Club will kick-off their 2009-10 season this Saturday afternoon against our enemies, the Peterborough Pneumonia. The Hack are 1-2-1 lifetime against the Pneumonia. Game time is 3 p.m. at McCormick Arena in the heart of Toronto's Parkdale neighbourhood.

This will be the Hack's sixth season (42-45-20 all-time record) and all our semi-famous regulars — Stroumbo, Pfeiffer, Tim The Weather Man — will be back once again this season to compete against the other teams of rockers, actors and various arts riff-raff that are part of the Good Times Hockey League Of The Arts. 

The GTHLA will be kicking off the season with a bang, hosting league games all day at McCormick. It's free for fans to attend games, although a Daily Bread Food Bank donation bin has been set up at the rink (hint). Various GTHLA teams will also be selling merchandise this Saturday.
