Stroumbo Gets A Juno Nom

Hack right winger and #12 George Stroumboulopoulos scored a Juno nomination today for his work on Moneen's It All Started With A Red Stripe in the category Music DVD Of The Year.
His role in working on the DVD was apparently somewhere between "producer-type stuff" and touching Kenny from the band in curious ways.
George is the second Hack member to be nominated for a Juno. Richard Beland has also been nominated in the past for his work with The Tragically Hip.
Hack arch-enemies Christopher Michael Murphy (Sloan) of the Parkdale Hockey Lads, Andrew Scott (Sloan) of the Gas Station Islanders, Tyler Stewart (Barenaked Ladies) of the Jokers HC, and Brian Kobayakawa (The Creaking Tree String Quartet) of The Meat were also amongst the hockey rockers to score nods.
