So-Cal political punk-hoppers, Rage Against The Machine played a sold out 'jammed-to-the-rafters' show at Toronto's Phoenix Club, Wednesday, October 6, '99. Ace Chart photographer, Richard Beland, climbed up high into the venue's rafters to catch Tom Morrell and company in fine form as the quartet loudly drove the very appreciative crowd to a fever pitch with their trademark mix of metal, punk and hip hop.
