Daniel Ash of Love & Rockets:

Love & Rockets were in town just after Easter to perform songs from their new album Lift. The record is heavily influenced by the fore-runners of the electronica scene, and is quite a departure from the material L&R became pop stars with over a decade ago. Here we see frontman Daniel Ash, looking every bit the alien, as the powerful light show at the Guvernment obscures his features and casts a wild shadow on the stage.
