People like letters. So we're reprinting the letters page from our July 2007 issue. You can purchase the issue at the Chart Shop.

Cripes, it's hot outside. The only real cure is to get some friends together and go out to your personal Ashtray Rock and have a sweaty bush party. Then, when it's over, write us a letter about how you hated the music that got played.

You can send letters to "Blah, Blah, Blah" c/o Chart Magazine, 200-41 Britain St., Toronto, ON, M5A 1R7. You can also use this fancy "Inter-net" by emailing us at chart@chartattack.com. Make sure you include your full contact info.

STEFANI RULES
I wanted to compliment Jodi Goulart on her review of Gwen Stefani's Air Canada show. It was one of the best chartattack live reviews I've read in a while! —Jon Marck@

Gwen came and made our lives fabulous for a day. You can read about it here.

FEIST DOESN'T
The Saturday evening Massey Hall 'show' was disappointing. Gonzales was remarkable. Leslie wasn't focused; the band needed much more practise/rehearsal time, with some exceptions of the Bairds; Gonz was introduced when sitting in and playing on a couple of tunes and the band was introduced as an after-thought after an encore; the set list wasn't arranged; has Massey Hall started to fill program space with what's available? (Bright Eyes ick after the classy Gillian welch/Dave Rawlings) And, I respect and enjoy indie as well as all types of music - FUSE, on the weekend had Apostle of Hustle and Tanya (throatsinger). —Paul Brown@

Our reviewer dug the show, though. You can read about it here.

A LETTER FOR T.I.
I'm Stacy and from what I understand, I am Negreso's half sister. I was in Atlanta in about 97. I was at some strip club and messed around with a customer in the VIP room upstairs at the Gentlemen's Club downtown. I told some girl to don't worry about what we doing just go on and do your dance. A couple years later a guy called Kano showed up in Houston. I don't know if it was the same guy or not. I was deep in some dirt with someone else and really wasn't trying to pay attention. After the business was over personal things didn't work out either so we moved on. After that Kano left his number on my cell phone. I had too many things going on and didn't call him back. About a year later, I was at Cover Girls. I was messed up partying and I think it was that guy I met from Atlanta. Anyways, I messed around with him. I would up getting pregnant and four years later the guy I was dating was saying it was his and he had taken a blood test. In February, a lot of strange things happened that I won't even get into but all of a sudden Kano showed up. I thought he was TI but looking at your picture, I can tell that he is not. I am really confused about if I even know you. Recently, I saw young joc and bubba sparks around Houston. Can you shed some light on any of this. I guess you have a girl you are trying to marry or something so I am not trying to interrupt whatever you have going on. I was just trying to figure out some confusing things. Were you at Legend's New Year's Eve?

Things right now for me are really messed up for me right now. My daughter is in CPS, I just got my car repossessed and my house was sold at auction. I am thinking about trying to meet up with my dad in Columbia, I guess and maybe moving with my daughter down there. There really isn't anything for me up here and I guess they have money down there. I'm really tired of being broke. —Stacy Vaux@

PEARL JAM QUESTIONS
I was wondering if you could notify me when the tickets come on sale for Pearl Jams Concert in Hamilton or Toronto. My Boyfriend is a HUGE fan and would give anything to see one of their concerts... —Lydia poleska@

Lydia, you should read ChartAttack.com every day. We'll totally let you know when Pearl Jam are coming. That said, considering your boyfriend is a huge PJ fan, you should dump him and save the money.

... AND SPEAKING ABOUT PEARL JAM-ISH THINGS
I heard the dude is brainsurfing lately! Bottom line is for Mr. Scott Stapp! Dude, god bless you or whatever you may believe in, but always remember to take a step back and remind yourself that self respect is the most important and powerfull thing that we all are blessed with! So out of respect being a "FATHER" also, remind yourself that your'e fooling knowone but yourself! Hope all is well, PEACE! —Dina@

The former Creed singer's latest misadventure is documented here.

... COWBELL GET SKUNKED
I totally agree with the White Cowbell score. Amazing fun. I was in the front row!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! But YOU should have been at the Grimskunk show at the Comfort Zone Sat at 1pm. Wicked band from Montreal. Crazy keyboard player infects the whole crowd!!! Songs are memorable. I can't stop playing their latest cd which I bought in Dec. Found them opening for White Cowbell!!!!! What a double bill that was! —Ann Hummel@

The Cowbell received the top grade in our NXNE 2007 Rock 'n' Roll Report Cards — which you can read here. More disturbing, though, Ms. Hummel, is your endorsement of Grimskunk. When combined with your support of WCO, it's clear you're both a pot smoker and a pervert.

FEFE DOBSON SHOULDN'T WEAR MAKEUP
I just want to say that I remember when Fefe Dobson was in the video "Everything" in which she looked like her real self because she looked real cool and having a cute smile. But when I saw her bad side with all that wild makeup, I was disappointed. That wasn't the real Fefe that I saw her from the "Everything" video. The real Fefe dressed real cool and was not wild looking, if you know what I mean. I really miss the old Fefe and I hope to forward in seeing her back to her old self again someday. —David Hardy@

We encourage everyone to download The Killaz' "Freestyle (Fefe Dobson Dis)."
