Montreal indie rockers Mad June released their We’re Not Strangers album a while back, and “November” is on it.
The all-female band sound a lot like Bloc Party, particularly their rhythm section, which seems to draw from ’80s post-punk like early Cure. But there’s a lot of typical punk rock in their guitar work, as well.
Mad June are working on a new album with producer Jeff Dalziel.
