The Meligrove Band's "Bones Attack!!!"
The Meligrove Band's "Bones Attack!!!" is absolutely infectious indie pop from one of Toronto's most underrated bands. The tune, which features a chorus that's as catchy as flu (but less nasty for you), includes a vibraphone part written by Rich Aucoin, who recorded it in Halifax and emailed it to the band.
The tune will be found on The Meligrove Band's Shimmering Lights album, which is out Sept. 21 through Nevado Records. It's their first record since 2006's Planets Conspire.
