Ladytron Will See Some Of Canada With Velocifero

Ladytron

Liverpool, England-based electro-pop group Ladytron will start and end their North American tour in support of their fourth album, Velocifero, in Canada.

Ladytron members Helen Marnie, Mira Aroyo, Daniel Hunt and Reuben Wu produced Velocifero at Studio De La Grande Armee in Paris, France with help from Alessandro Cortini (Nine Inch Nails) and Vicarious Bliss. It was mixed by Michael Patterson (Beck, The Notorious B.I.G.). The follow-up to 2005's Witching Hour features musical contributions from Somekong, Semay Wu, Justin Meldal-Johnson and Seba.

In addition to making their own music, Ladytron have produced remixes for Placebo, Blondie, Gang Of Four, Goldfrapp, Bloc Party, She Wants Revenge, Nine Inch Nails and many others.
