Rapid Fire gets our favourite artists to answer hard-hitting questions about their childhood, imagination, and the future, as fast as they can before our non-existent timer runs out.
Danish artist MØ has quickly become a household name over the past year, largely thanks to some fruitful collaborations with Major Lazer. Her debut album, No Mythologies To Follow had the dance beats buried in the ground, creating a really interesting and unique indie pop sound. Over time as she experimented, she seems to have unearthed those sounds and allowed them to sprout into what they are now. Just check out her latest track, "Final Song" or previously, "Kamikaze." Seeing her live, it's easy to see the star she'll soon become. She commands a crowd and gets them moving in ways they didn't know they could.
We met up with MØ at WayHome Festival before her energetic set to talk about some groundbreaking ideas. For instance, which animal does she want to sit down and have a conversation with? What's her favourite Danish delicacy? Which Chart-friendly celebrity does she want to hang out with? She does it all very quickly, because we told her to. It's Rapid Fire, so there's really no other way.
