| Comment:Weiner roused the trendy Drake crowd with his well-oiled rockabilly stomp. Most impressive was his ability to move comfortably from trashy tunes about training bras and high school proms to more serious fodder like drug addiction. |

Weiner entertained the small crowd with a hefty dose of sneering and hooting. He ended up using the stage as his percussion instrument, stomping his feet in a intense marching beat for most of the show. |

"Herky-jerky" is the best way to describe Weiner's sound. Everything from his frantic acoustic strumming to his accomplished rockabilly vocals had a wavery quality about them. Although some of his weirder tunes seemed a bit lost on the audience, those who appreciated his warped sense of humour enjoyed it immensely. |

Weiner spiffed-up nice for the show. His long, manicured sideburns were textbook rockabilly, and his white dress shirt was unbuttoned to show just enough chest hair. Best of all, his dark hair was the perfect length for more than a few signature hair flips.
